Based upon my reflections on a scale of 1-10 I rate my physical well being at a 8, I think I have obstacles to overcome but I workout daily and try to eat healthy and maintain a healthy diet. Psychologically I feel I am at an 8 as well, I try to be patient with myself and although I have things I must work on I do acknoweldge my want to change the things I need to improve upon and the drive is certainly there as well.
On a spiritual level right now I would be at a 4, looking within can be hard because I often feel I am being selfish, so lately I have been trying to combat this by choosing to develop spiritually and focus on myself.
A goal for myself in the spiritual would be to gain more knowledge on integral healing, in psychology become more accepting of other's faults and physcially focus more on my overall well being than just how many calories I can burn daily.
Some of the excercises that I can implement within my day to day life to assist in achieving these goals would first start by being patient with myself and not allowing negative impulses and thoughts to affect my overall well being and combat them with factual knowledge.
In honesty I could not complete the excercise I was anxious and nervous, I will try to become more patient and centered.

Self acceptance and healing from within- the name sounds pretty self explanatory but it evolves around my theory that healing must come from within the want to change must come from a want to improve oneself to see the underlying pain and say I wish to be stronger than this I want to heal.
although the want to heal can be their the drive must also be present, getting in the car, having the keys an idea of where you want to go but your still sitting in a park car would be a great metaphor you have to envision where you want to go know the directions to take and drive, the directions in this sense are the knowledge of how to obtain your goal in a way that is both successful and achievable(anyone can say they want to drive their car to the moon but they cannot...this is also a metaphor for people who wish to lose weight in a way that is not physically possible such as 100 pounds in 3 days) setting goals is the first start to self acceptance because you outline your path you begin your journey with the change of a mindset.
I want to do better! I want to be stronger and I will be. ^^
